Coffee Causes Insomnia – Myth
It takes between four and five hours for your body to process and remove caffeine consumed, so that cup of coffee you like to drink every afternoon will not keep you up all night. That said, it’s wise to not consume caffeinated coffee six hours before bedtime. Of course drinking coffee late at night will keep you awake; that’s not rocket science.
